* Data recovery is not a guaranteed service. If the media has failed due to mechanical problems the result may be a partial or total loss of data. Recovery of deleted files depends on the amount of time the data was deleted to the time of recovery. Stop using the computer or flash media immediately and bring the media in for best recovery chances.

**Laptop jack repair is not a guaranteed service. The amount of damage can result in a total failure of the hardware before service is preformed. If you suspect a loose power jack, stop using the laptop immediately and bring the laptop in for repair. Complete assessment of the damage can not be made un till the laptop is opened. Due to the time required to perform laptop jack repair, the repair charge is non-refundable.

*** Emergency service guarantees that your repair will be moved to the front of the line and be the next unit to be repaired or the next in que if other emergency repairs have been checked in before. This will not guarantee a 1 hour turn around from the time checked in, only that you will be the next in line for service.

**** Express service is a while you wait service for minor repairs or installation of basic parts purchased at Computer Evolution. Parts purchased else ware will be subject to standard 1 hour service rates with standard turn around times.
